i’m going to try cutting down my poultry and fish consumption (i stopped eating red meat twelve years ago). so far, so good - at most i want to eat meat 2-3 nights a week. we’ll see how it goes and if it makes me feel any different.

citrix user had a problem printing from remote desktop (running win2k), remote admin had to manually stop and restart print spooler while user had to reboot workstation. was told that this happens every once in a while. fair enough.

went to la esperanza for lunch yesterday. ok, so they don’t have the world’s greatest website. but they do make the most amazing torta de pollo. it’s a sandwich with marinated chicken, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, avocado, and pickled jalapeño peppers. if you’re in the area you simply must try it.
