went to la esperanza for lunch yesterday. ok, so they don’t have the world’s greatest website. but they do make the most amazing torta de pollo. it’s a sandwich with marinated chicken, refried beans, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, avocado, and pickled jalapeņo peppers. if you’re in the area you simply must try it.
