citrix user had a problem printing from remote desktop (running win2k), remote admin had to manually stop and restart print spooler while user had to reboot workstation. was told that this happens every once in a while. fair enough.

optiplex not booting properly (green power light comes on, power to dvd-rom, no monitor or hard drive activity) . on back, C & D lights are green, A & B are orange.
