tuna steak & sauteed string beans

this one’s pretty easy. it’s basically a lighter and thinner beef steak marinade. i got the idea for sauteeing string beans from the tortilla press last week. i’d kind of gotten sick of steaming them and heck, everything tastes good with chili butter!
1/3 cup white wine vinegar
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp fresh ground pepper
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1. mix ingredients in small pan and bring to boil.
2. let cool and pour over 1/2 lb. tuna steak in a container, mix well.
3. refrigerate and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
4. grill or pan-sear for 6 minutes per side, brushing with excess marinade.
in a large pan, melt equal parts (1 to 1 1/2 tbsp) margarine and chili powder. add 1 lb. of string beans and sautee over high heat. serve with brown rice.

Wow that looks awesome.
By the way, I finally added a link to this site. You bumped out Justin who refuses to leave his popup ad ridden tripod site.
seriously, it tastes as good as it looks. thanks for the link. i kind of LIKE justin’s site (it’s covered in quagmire!) but i could only stand to read the rules for open mic so many times.
