webspace is transferred over, all i lost were a few post edits that i neglected to back up. skippy.net made a great plugin for backing up wordpress databases, it’s easy enough that even i can use it.

my mail server got blacklisted by spamcop for being an open relay. i’m certain it was set it up properly (it’s been tested before and i haven’t had problems in over two years) but after checking via telnet myself, it was definitely open. after a quick refresher on msexchange.org and rechecking some settings i got things squared away. for some reason “integrated windows authentication” was left unchecked. i think it’s time to change some passwords and shore up the firewall.

thanks to gamechewover.com’s “nfl2K6″ roster save, flying finn’s espn nfl2K editor and my homebrewed action replay, i’ve got near-complete rosters (had to tweak a couple of players here and there) and the complete 05-06 league schedule loaded into franchise mode. i also tried out GCO’s custom slider settings, it makes a dramatic difference. man, i love the internets.
