chicken tenders & potato salad
0 Comments Published by james February 6th, 2008 in recipes for monkeysthe chicken tenders recipe is taken from the men’s health forums, the potato salad recipe is adapted slightly from one i found on epicurious. both turned out really well. the cereal definitely makes for a sweet, grainy yet somewhat clean breading. i double breaded some of the chicken to see if there was a difference [...]
for aaron & beth’s new year’s party i made a turkey lasagna that did not hold up very well upon reheating. it was like eating an old shoe in tomato sauce. luckily everyone else’s entrees were great and in particular, aaron made a ridiculously amazing corn casserole from one of his sister’s recipes. monica was [...]

if it takes you longer than 15 minutes to put this together you should seriously consider throwing out all of your dinnerware and resign yourself to a lifetime of pizza delivery:

2 large cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp ground cumin
coarse salt
1 tsp lime juice
if you like your guacamole spicy, add [...]

1 stick margarine
1/4 cup [...]
